When will my order ship?

Please allow 5–7 business days for us to prepare and ship your order. This is handling time; the carrier's transit time comes after your package ships.

Which carriers do you use?

We ship with UPS and USPS. Review the shipping options available at checkout for your order.

Should I upgrade shipping?

We recommend shipping upgrades to reduce the time your plants spend in transit. Choose the service that suits your location and weather.

Heat packs and insulation

We offer heat packs and insulation. Check your local forecast before ordering and consider adding weather protection to your shipment. If you're unsure what your plants need for the trip, contact us before shipping.

Tracking and delivery questions

Use your tracking information to follow your package. Once it's in transit, contact UPS or USPS for questions about carrier delays or delivery updates.
